We will require the receipt or proof of purchase and we will promptly process your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and with original tags to be considered for refund. We will issue credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - for example, we sent you the wrong item or an item with production defect. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for tea products and any items that are used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify as being used. 一沁茶舍 YIQIN TEA HOUSE is not responsible for any item that we did not receive, damaged during the shipment of returns or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and we will make it right at our cost.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and tea products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We are unable to offer refunds for all orders from purchased with COUPON CODE or our LAST CHANCE, SALE collection, FREE SHIPPING and FINAL SALE. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been used or worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full order amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
