I was amazed as to the speed of shipment, especially since it was coming from overseas. The teapot arrived in impeccable packaging. It came in an elegant box with padding and was wrapped in bubble wrap and a beautiful cloth. The teapot was exquisitely made. This is my first handmade Yixing teapot and I am totally in love with it. I was amazed at how well my tea tastes from this pot. I would highly recommend this shop for any tea ware.

Superb product

I ordered this with help of a representative who guided me and solved my questions, excellent customer service, the shipping was quite fast (I live in Mexico). As for the product it is perfect. I followed all instructions carefully and the green tea that is brewed with this teapot has much richer flavor compared to the cheap glass teapot that you can get from any big retailer. I am very impressed with the craftsmanship the spout, handle, the beautiful engravings and specially the lid, it doesnt spill even if I turn it upside down completely full! Excellent product, I highly recommend it.
