Check the Status of the Order:
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to become available.

However, we will not be held liability on late delivery since there are uncertain circumstances may cause delay in international shipping. Provide Correct Delivery Address:
It is customer's duty to provide correct deliverable address details at the time of placing an order. In case the order cannot be delivered due to address issues, we will try out best to coordinate for the delivery but it may at customer own cost to redirect the delivery to the ultimate correct destination.
