This is not my first lotus-themed teapot, but it is my most sophisticated one. The continuous creativity of the Yixing tradition never ceases to amaze me!
Having reached some significant age, I felt entitled to a peach themed teapot. This one is the most unusual shade of deep blue. It glows. The potting is firm and tight. I love it!
This adorable teapot is beautifully potted, with the eggplant not so obvious unless you look for the shape. The snail on the lid guids the way. Glorious finish!

The pot is absolutely well crafted, the form, shape of the pot and colour of the clay is really beautifully. the pot came housed in a nice box, and a artist certificate to validate the authenticity of the teapot.
