I am not very nerdy about tea and tea culture, but I wanted to give myself a nice present for my birthday, and somehow I found these tea mugs. Placing the order was easy, the confirmation was quick and the shipping time was OK in my opinion.
The package was what worried me most, whether the mug would make it all the way from Yixing to Sweden. It was very well packed, with a lot of protection around the nice box that the mug came in, and inside that box all the parts were packed with protective material. I will keep the box as well, as it is decorative. I am happy with my tea mug, it feels a little more special when I'm drinking my evening tea. It is a different feeling than everyday mugs, both when you drink tea from it and when you prepare your tea.
I am also very happy with the look and the engravings on the mug, they matched my expectations perfectly based on the photos on the website. Fine craftsmanship, in my humble opinion.

The teapot is even more charming in real life. A clean, simple design with a touch of sophistication. The size is ideal for a company of six people, and it’s a joy both to hold and to look at.

Trustworthy yixing teapot seller with great selections. I think i have spent too many days just looking for the perfect teapot to add my collection. Most websites dont update their collection and quite a lot of them are sold out. But this website really takes the cake. A lot of selections and they keep on adding new teapots every week. I will always keep my eyes out for new releases on this website.

The tea pot is a beautiful and elegant piece. I’ve been using this tea pot for my Oolong Tea, every seep has bin fantastic. The item shipped quickly and the packaging was very well done. It was held up in customs for awhile but you can’t blame the company for that. Very satisfied.

I thought I would try the teapot (semi handmade) for a month or so before writing this review. Seasoned the pot as per instructions. Brewed Phoenix Dancong tea (凤凰单枞）and could tell the difference in using the teapot as opposed to using porcelain /glass Gaiwan. Important thing is the zisha material used. Tea brewed from teapot tasted softer in notes. Last but not least, I must thank customer service for the excellent follow-up service. The tracked shipment was quick and the items were properly bubble wrapped.

First of all I would like to say how pleased I am with the speed of the delivery (only 5 days and I was able to track which I did every day). The tea pot itself is absolutely beautiful and looks even better than in the photos. It looks small and delicate but it’s very well made and a perfect size. The lid fits nice and snug and when it’s warmed by the tea it doesn’t rattle at all. When I placed it upside down without the lid the spout and the rim of the pot were perfectly aligned with no rocking motion. The handle is well made and comfortable and screws on and off smoothly. Overall a well made pot. My choice of tea for this pot is Pu-erh and after seasoning I made my first few infusions and could notice the difference in the smoothness and flavour of the tea, really enjoyed and looking forward to getting some use from this pot. I would also like to mention the nice box it arrived in that is practical in keeping it from breaking but also beautiful. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely be buying from here again when I want to purchase my next Yixing tea pot.

I’m very happy with my zisha clay teapot, the craftsmanship is excellent and the details are very well finished, a have two tea pots from Yiqin tea house and they are both very fine pieces.
Yiqin are a pleasure to deal with and always top notch customer service, along with prompt delivery to the UK.
