Yixing Zisha Teapot [Auspicious Crane 仙鹤呈祥] (Hei Jin Sha - 180ml)

Very securely packed and smooth delivery. In fact, it actually arrived a week earlier than expected. Great customer service from Julian. It's been such a long while since I ordered anything from overseas so I was a bit anxious that it won't arrive or that the item would be damaged due to courier company, but Julian was reassuring (Julian certainly continues to have a flawless delivery streak!). I also had a question about teapot because it didn't quite look like the one in the picture, but he patiently explained the handmade process which results in the unique differences with each teapot. I am definitely not an expert at Chinese teapot, but certainly I feel that I have learned quite a bit through browsing this shop's listing as I looked for a gift for my father. Definitely will be a returning customer! :)
