Excellent product and service was good, quick response and helpful, tea pot is very nice, the quality of the clay and the packaging is better then expected and I can taste the difference in my Puerh Teas, nice heat retention for enhanced flavour will order pots from them again. Also the tea mat or towel has a nice heavy velvet type material on the bottom that keeps it in place and makes for very nice placement.
